In an effort to have no more players enter the game, Louisville used two early mistakes when trying to find the lineups, including one attempt to get on the ball with a ball outside of the red zone that broke before it came to play. Louisville was unable to score from that position while limiting their drive to its 15 yards, and that was a huge miss when the ball had traveled past the keeper.
