The Cowboys’ latest pick could end up being a perfect one for an otherwise unremarkable franchise this season. In the first round, they’ll land Chris Garrett. In the second, they can draft a quarterback who has both hands, and can provide a major upgrade along their defensive line. If Garrett ends up taking just one gamble, it’s because he’s an NFL-ready.
