Randall’s book is about the importance of personal relationships. The only problem with that is that while it’s fun to have, it’s also quite difficult to follow. You need to be aware of your own personal identity, your feelings about the world, your values, and your social norms. It’s often hard to separate the personal from the social, and that’s what we need from these books.
