Randall said: “We’re a government that’s trying to make the NHS better and we’re not happy about it. It’s not working.
“I think people need to be really open to an NHS that does what it’s supposed to do.
“That’s what we’ve been trying to do for a long time.”
Mr Cameron is due to unveil his new government’s plans at a news conference in Downing Street.
It is expected to focus on three areas of government – health, education and trade.
The first is the NHS, which will be the biggest single payer in the country.
